Bitching is fine but we have to produce something too. We helped a good friend put together Insulated Concrete Forms for the foundation of a greenhouse addition.
We used the same technology for the foundation of our house which is nearing completion now. Some folks build the whole house out of this stuff which can give you an R-40 wall that is super strong. This particular product is very easy to use as this picture shows:
